For more than 25 years I managed companies that I had to lead and transform. It gave me a huge experience and made me a solution-oriented entrepreneur. I am specialized in change and turnaround, making companies profitable again, and redesigning processes and organizations. I was a member of many boards of directors, and I am particularly specialized in coaching and assisting entrepreneurs and decision makers.
I also followed the 2-year EMCCC program (Consulting and Coaching for Change) at INSEAD Fontainebleau. This training allowed me to refine my approach to people and companies in transition. More specifically, I gained additional skills in managing complex change processes. This allows me to lead structural change by actively acting as a change agent. I use a deeper insight into the most important psychological and organizational perspectives and broader interpersonal skills. I use my coaching and consulting methodology as a tool to create healthy companies with positive values.
